Neighbors Magazine

Rhonda and C.C. Hoffman published the first Neighbors Magazine in January of 2013. Neighbors Magazine is a full color publication that is distributed free of charge to all of Keokuk County, North English, and Packwood. Neighbors Magazine is delivered to 6000+ addresses and has a readership of over 15,000. The magazine is distributed the first and third Thursday of the month.

neighborsmag.net was launched in April 2024 to extend it’s readership to all of Southeast Iowa. Content will focus on the rural and small town lifestyle. As the print version gave advertisers an opportunity to reach off all their immediate customer base, neighborsmag.net will allow readers outside of the immediate area to learn what is available in the greater Keokuk County area and all of Southeast Iowa.

Neighbors Magazine is a product of The Design House, a full-service print shop owned by Rhonda and C.C. Hoffman. Established in 2006, The Design House offers a full range of print products.
